On August 15th, the Management, staff and students of Amrita Vidyalayam celebrated the 73rd Independence Day of the nation with high spirits and patriotism. Col. Ravi Shirahatti (Retd.) who was the Chief Guest for the occasion, hoisted the national flag and motivated students to be patriotic and focused on their goal. The highlight of the programme was the screening of the documentary, ‘A Tribute to Param Veer Chakra Awardees’, which had a great impact on the students, arousing patriotic feelings in them. The Param Veer Chakra awardees were remembered and appreciated as well.
The crowning moment of the programme was a spectacular pyramid show presented by students of Class X.
